The bluetooth of the original chromecast unfortunately does not work with UBIQUE sensors. However, there are versions of chromecast (counterfeit) which are compatible with the bluetooth of our UBIQUE sensors.
We recommend that our customers purchase an HDMI cable that connects your device to your TV.
The ideal installation (the cheapest and most efficient) is to buy an HDMI cable that connects your tablet to your TV. Thus, the screen of your tablet will be projected on your television while the UBIQUE sensors will be connected by bluetooth to your tablet.
Connection of the screen to the television possible with the Chromecast or with AirPlay for iOS.
UBIQUE only works on Android and iOS devices and is therefore not compatible with a Surface (Microsoft).
UBIQUE Kids sensors are placed on the part of the body to be rehabilitated. After downloading the UBIQUE Kids app on your tablet or phone, the sensors automatically connect to it via Bluetooth. Then, you choose on the application the type of movement you want to achieve, and after that, a set of video games will be offered to perform your exercises.
There are some tablets on which you would have to activate localization in order for the game to work. So remember to activate it if the game does not work on your tablet.
If you experience this problem, do the following: Update iOS: Settings -> General -> software update, download and install. Once the update is done, try to access the UBIQUE Kids app again. Do not hesitate to contact us if the difficulty persists.

Start by ensuring that your sensors are on (blue light flashing), then follow the following steps: Close the UBIQUE Kids app Go to the bluetooth settings Disconnect the Bluetooth sensors from your phone (press forget this device) Make sure your phone's Bluetooth and location are turned on Open the UBIQUE Kids app and follow the steps. Make sure to calibrate the movement correctly
This is due to a bad calibration. In the case of a flexion extension: Before pressing the "extension / flexion" button, the limb to be mobilized must be in the "low" position. After pressing the "extension / flexion" button, you must first move your limb to the "high" position until you reach the desired amplitude upwards, then return to the "low" position. Repeat this same movement 4 times so that the application records this movement for games. In the case of a deviation: Before pressing the "deviation" button, the member to be mobilized must be in the "left" position. After pressing the "deviation" button, you must first move your member to the "right" position until you reach the desired amplitude to the right, then return to the "left" position. Repeat this same movement 4 times so that the application records this movement for games.
To turn off the sensors, simply close the UBIQUE Kids app on your device and wait 2-3 minutes without touching them. We will soon allow the user to turn them off by pressing and holding the ignition button.
